This notice explains how Tripvoya ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and the Tripvoya waitlist. When the full Tripvoya platform launches, it will publish its own privacy policy.

What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- Technical information that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse of the waitlist form.
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and email you about Tripvoya's launch and related updates.
- To keep the website and waitlist secure, including limiting repeated sign-up attempts.
We rely on your consent to hold your email address for the waitlist, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for technical information.
Who handles it for us
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Waitlist sign-ups are stored in our customer relationship management system, Odoo. These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist is no longer in use, whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@tripvoya.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes, and revise the date at the top.
