Privacy notice
This notice explains how Tripvoya ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website: the Tripvoya waitlist and the launch event registration. When the full Tripvoya platform launches, it will publish its own privacy policy.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- Your first name, surname and email address, and whether you would like to join online or in person, if you register your interest in the launch event, together with whether you ticked the separate, optional box to receive news and offers.
- Technical information that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse of the forms.
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
How we use it, and why we may
- The waitlist. To email you about Tripvoya's launch and related updates. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining.
- The launch event. To organise the event and email you about it: confirming we have your registration, sending joining details if you would like to join online, and letting you know whether we can offer you an in-person place. We rely on our legitimate interest in running an event you asked to attend. Registering does not sign you up to marketing.
- News and offers. Only if you tick the optional box on the launch form. We rely on your consent, and record when and how you gave it.
- Security. To keep the website and forms secure, including limiting repeated attempts. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who handles it for us
The website, and the database where Tripvoya keeps waitlist sign-ups and event registrations, are hosted on Amazon Web Services. Emails we send to you go through our Google Workspace email account. These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their marketing.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until you ask us to remove you or the waitlist is no longer in use, whichever comes first.
- Launch event registrations: only as long as needed to run the event and deal with any follow-up, then deleted.
- News and offers: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a short record that you opted out, so that we do not email you again.
- Technical logs: only as long as needed for security and operation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, cancel an event registration, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@tripvoya.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes, and revise the date at the top.
